4.2 Recommendations

Suggestions (including courses, content, or mentors) may be generated or ranked with the help of algorithms. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any third-party offering.

4.3 AI and personal data

Important privacy protection

We do not use your personal information (name, email, contact details) for AI training purposes.

  • Your personal data remains private and separate from AI processing in the manner described in our Privacy Policy
  • AI analysis focuses on skills and career-related information you provide for that purpose
  • Personal identifiers are not used in AI model training
  • We design the service to protect your privacy throughout the AI-assisted analysis process

5. Mentor guidance and human advice

Where the Platform connects you with mentors or experts, their guidance is separate from RoleOrbit's own services and from AI-generated outputs. You are never required to give a mentor your email, phone, or other direct contact information; if you or they share such details (including indirectly), that is between you and them, and RoleOrbit is not responsible for it. The following applies in addition to any feature-specific terms:

Mentor guidance

Anything a mentor or expert shares through the Platform reflects their own views—not RoleOrbit's—and is general guidance only. It is not a promise or guarantee about hiring, compensation, promotions, or any other specific outcome.

  • Mentor input is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice; consult a qualified professional when you need one
  • You choose how to use their suggestions and remain responsible for your career and business decisions
  • Verify facts, opportunities, and credentials independently; we do not warrant mentor statements or backgrounds
  • Sharing direct contact details (for example email or phone)—whether you offer them, a mentor asks for them, or information is exchanged the other way around—is solely your choice. RoleOrbit is not responsible for personal data you or a mentor choose to share with each other outside the data we collect and process as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Facilitation or matching on the Platform does not mean RoleOrbit endorses, employs, or supervises mentors
  • RoleOrbit is not liable for disputes or results arising between you and a mentor or from acting on mentor guidance
